This single-ply yarn, also known as singles or one-ply, is crafted from a single strand of fibres twisted together, giving it a uniform thickness and smooth, consistent texture. The self-shading yarn features nature-inspired, one-of-a-kind colour blends that knitters adore for their surprises. Each skein produces unique garments that soften and improve with every wash, thanks to its chemical-free treatment. At the same time, single-colour wool in its beautiful range of shades works as a perfect complement to self-shading yarns. It can also shine on its own in striking monochrome projects, or pair beautifully in stranded colourwork designs.

By weight this yarn is 4-ply and it offers generous yardage—100 grams providing about 430 metres (470 yards)—perfect for lacework, shawls, and lightweight garments.
